  I like Chipotle alot, I will say sometimes when I order for pickup they are a little stingy with double portions. This last time I went in and they seemed like they may have had a busy day. Some of the ingredients were getting down to the bottom. I had to ask them to change out the rice because there was a bunch of dry bottom of the pan stuff. I also asked them to change out the steak, same reason. They were very nice and got the fresh stuff, no attitude and very professional and these were young kids. It seems like the staff is always young but very friendly and professional. They must have been trained well, they just need to remember people eat with their eyes and they should never serve something that doesn't look right. Most adult servers could probably use that lesson ad well. Chipotle does deserve the five stars because they at least are continuing to try.

  The portion sizes are completely ridiculous. Every year the portion sizes have shrunk. Double meat order on a burrito bowl has a total of 12 pieces of tiny meat cubes. Take your money elsewhere this franchise is down the drain already. This location especially.

  I come here whenever I'm in Canandaigua. I feel their bowls are very satisfying. They fill them up very well and you always have your choice of meat and other ingredients. I find that I mix a lot and they always oblige. Never been disappointed. Even when this last time they didn't have my lemonade heh.

  A few years ago, I considered Chipotle a reliable option—high-quality meals that justified the price on occasion. That assessment no longer holds. Over the past few weeks, since relocating for work to Canandaigua, I’ve had multiple negative experiences, culminating in what is effectively a breaking point. In the last month alone, two separate high-protein bowls contained cartilage or bone fragments—an unacceptable lapse in basic food quality. A steak quesadilla I ordered was similarly compromised by a substantial piece of gristle. Today’s experience was worse: a burrito from the high-protein, low-calorie menu that was not only bland and poorly constructed, but also caused immediate gastrointestinal distress. At this point, the “corporate slop” label feels less like exaggeration and more like an accurate description. Occasional mistakes are understandable in high-volume food service, but the pattern here points to systemic quality control failures. The standard has clearly declined, and it shows.

  Fast "Chipotlane" Pickup, the order is always ready by the time I arrive. Delivery is always just as good as food in-house! When ordering inside it is fast, easy, kid-friendly, and never overwhelming.
