  I don’t think I’ve ever had a pleasant experience coming here. Employees are very unprofessional. Unnecessary wait for a 7energy that was mostly ice. I had to watch 10 minutes of employees stand around chatting and goofing off, more worried about taking pictures of each other. The dude who made my drink must’ve had a really important text to send or something, after another 5 minutes I finally received my cup of ice and splash of drink. So disappointing, do better

  Laci was an absolute delight. We definitely look forward to our future visits. Nigel the seagull is the mascot of the year lol.

  The staff are all very young, so they act very young, socially and professionally. However, the drinks are usually good. But lately theyre 90% ice. I watched one of the workers make a drink and the cup was literally overflowing with ice, it was falling off the top. So the drink is gone in a few sips. It wasnt like this when they first opened, its really disappointing.

  We keep trying to see if it will get better but just seem to get worse. Pulled up today and immediately the two workers taking orders ran up to their friend that they knew in line. This car was behind a couple of us. Took about 15 mins to get 1 medium 7energy. Conveniently, their friend got multiple drinks efficiently. $7 for a medium drink that was mainly ice is a major disappointment. After a few quick sips , I have a medium ice vs a medium drink.

  My wife and I love 7Brew! We were Dunkin people forever and ever since we started going to 7Brew we have been hooked! Tonight we had a fantastic experience, Trinity was so friendly and kind! We need more places that have exceptional products and employees that love what they do. I recommend 7Brew to everyone!
