My absolute favorite coffee shop! Amazing customization options, chipper service, and a party-style vibe! Absolutely love it!

Great coffee. I like the loud music and the bright blue lights. I visited the Cortland location before this one opened and I’m glad it came to where I live near Canandaigua. It is expensive but I view it as a place that’s supposed to be a treat like getting ice cream. Not a place to stop at every day.

I used to look forward to visiting 7 Brew, but my recent experience was completely disappointing, and I won't be returning. The music was blaring and annoying, making the whole environment overwhelming, no wonder these drinks can’t be made correctly, they can’t think straight when making them. To make matters worse, the drink quality and service were terrible. When I went back around to explain that my coffee was too strong, it felt like the staff pulled a smart-aleck move—they just dumped in extra caramel sweetener and milk instead of actually remake it properly. It tasted completely off and was basically undrinkable. Tips are supposed to be earned through good service and quality, neither of which were present here. Between the awful atmosphere, bad attitude, and ruined drink, this visit was a total fail. Save your money and go somewhere else

The person taking orders was not very friendly skipped my car at least 2 time to talk to a coworker in line for drink. Then that coworker got out of her car and went into store made her drink then left. I love going there but that just rubbed me the wrong way.
