  Staff was impolite, inexperienced and not welcoming. Store wasn't accepting mobile orders so I went in to order two beverages and use my $2 off $10 coupon on the app. I ordered a Chai latte to which I was asked 3 times what flavor of vanilla.. I used to work at DD, it's a chai concentrate+milk. We went back and forth over it when the female employee spoke up and corrected him. Then I was put on hold with the one minute hand gesture while a drive-thru order was taken. Swung back around and told me my total when I said I wasn't done ordering. Got a large frozen coffee, total was given and I showed the QR code for the coupon+ rewards. Couldn't accept the coupon and didn't know how to enter it, claiming it must be for online only when it states right there in store or online to which I pointed out. I have understanding and patience when someone doesn't know how to do something but it should be handled with professionalism and friendliness. Employee named Avery could use some training when it comes to addressing customers, how drinks are made and working the register. Second time here after the first experience was just as off putting and I won't be returning.

  Had to wait while clerk was rummaging thru her pocketbook in back. Came out, was confused about my orders( 2 drinks). Rang me up, coughed in her hand, then made my drinks.

  Order was out on rack for pick up with out dozen donuts. Waited forever to ask for said dozen. One of the joys behind the counter yelled to the other soulless folk behind counter for a dozen. Minutes later come down for our slip for the chosen dozen, just to give us only 11 donuts and put the dirty gross slip inside the box on top of the donuts. Dirty and miserable. YUCK

  Went in to pick up a mobile order. There were one or two other people waiting. I waited 5 minutes before I was acknowledged. The 6 staff members were busy making drinks or chatting with one another. After I was the only one left waiting a girl asked me what the order name was and I gave it to her. She glanced at the receipts on the counter and another employee spilt water on the counter and tickets. They both grab paper towels to clean up and the one who was speaking to me turns her back to make small talk with employees while blotting the tickets. I stand there patiently and then clearly forgotten about. I asked if she had found the ticket and she asks for the name again to which she says she has no ticket. Turns out I had this one mixed up with the Rexford one so I go to leave as a chorus of laughter comes from the staff.. There's no professionalism here, rude and poor customer service.

  After school the place fills with teenagers that walk over from the high-school. I needed to use the bathroom while I was there, which is a one seater, but there were 4 teenage boys in there together 🤔
