We were looking for a good restaurant for dinner in Buffalo and walked into Zam Zam. Really enjoyed home cooked like indian food. Served by very friendly and efficient staff. We also went back for more next day lunch time to have the lunch buffet. Anyone looking for authentic Indian food in Buffalo look no further Zam Zam is the place.

Beautiful fine dining like Indian cuisine! If you’re looking for authentic Indian curry house with fine dining like experience, this place is recommended. We were table for 2, ordered papadums, chicken65 as starters and butter chicken and lamb Rogon Josh and garlic nan was our main courses. They served us complementary gulab jamon, it warm and delicious 😋 Will definitely be back.

We stumbled across this place by accident and I am SO happy we came. 10/10 recommend zamzam. The interior is beautiful, the staff was very friendly, the prices were very fair and affordable, and best of all the food was delish! Our family will be coming back!

This place has sooo much potential. I hate to say anything negative. So I’ve thought this through carefully and I just need to be honest. We need more great middle eastern restaurants in the area. We have been to ZamZam twice now and can say it’s a solid 3 and just misses the mark. First: it’s not clear where to enter. There are signs all over the building and we accidentally entered the hotel and they were busy so we couldn’t ask where to go. Second: when we walked in; we were the only ones there: literally the only customers. We were talking at a regular level and said “are they closed? Should we just leave?” And about 1:30 min later a man approached from around the corner not even 10 feet from us and finally greeted us. That was…. Interesting. The most important part. The service and food: so we started with two chai teas which were actually phenomenal. Exactly like my brother in law makes it. We were impressed. And a separate man, who I’m not sure what his role was, brought us water in a glass bottle (also great water and constantly refilled it) but he wasn’t the guy in charge of taking our order or the bill. It was the same guy that eventually greeted us at the door and at that point had 2 other tables besides ours: they literally put the music on as we all came in. It was empty. The problem: I want to like this place so much. We have Shea’s season tickets and love Indian food. We ordered a butter chicken medium and chicken korma for my fiance no spice. Another reminder: we were basically the only ones there. My butter chicken had no spice at all (but delicious nonetheless) but her chicken korma not only didn’t taste accurate but was too spicy even for me and I love spicy food. So we both ended up eating mine, and one meal was more than enough for both of us and they did offer to bring us more rice. The flavor is there; the potential is there, the location is perfect. Just step up my dudes. There’s a lot of competition in that area and that lease has gotta be EXPENSIVE. And at nearly 20 dollars an entree plus drinks and a tip and tax it’s just not up to par. We were disappointed overall and that sucks because I’d love a great place to get curry or kebabs before shows every time we go. But unless something changes I sadly can’t say I’m sure we’ll be back :(

Just had dinner at ZamZam with my partner and a friend. We were very happy with the service, quality and flavor of the food, as well as the portions. We got the veggie samosa and chicken 65 as starters. Both were very good. The samosa was not greasy and was flaky. The chicken was tender and crispy. For main dishes we got the tandoori shrimp, chicken biryiani, and garlic chili beef. All the dishes were delightful. The shrimp had excellent flavor and was cooked perfectly. We also had the gulab jamun for dessert and it was excellent. Would recommend this restaurant for dinner! We’ll be back.
