  Waited 40 minutes for my small order, eventually went inside for it. And received cold food. I’d give them a 2 but that may actually raise this locations average.

  Would give it zero stars if I could, didn’t get half the food we ordered. Go back to the store to have it made and was told we can’t get the food unless we show them we didn’t receive it and got argued with for about 10 minutes. How can we show you the food we didn’t get? Both her and manager super unprofessional

  I dont have too many issues since I use the app to pick up here but never ever go inside. Service is horrible. I also am not understanding what the point of having a drive thru just to have nobody behind me and still have to pull around to the front of the store and wait. Its getting annoying because not once am I not having to park around the building. Use a drive through like normal, I understand maybe ticket times but its just frustrating and dumb

  This is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to in my life. I thought the one on union was bad. No this is so much worse. Everytime I come through the drive through it’s minimum an hour wait. It’s not the taking your order part that takes so long. They take your order and they ask you to pull around after taking your order and it’s 45 minutes till you get your food. The last two times I’ve come to this location. Not a single car in the parking lot. No one in the drive through or in the dining room. They tell me it’s going to be a 35 minute wait till they can take my order… FOR WHAT?!?! THERES NO ONE HERE. I’m so sick of this Taco Bell and they’re ridiculous wait times. Will never be going here again.

  The service was amazing. The employees were very friendly. I personally think Taco Bell is dog chow but my wife likes this place! As far as the tacos, the meat tastes flavorless but the nacho fries are amazing though! This is just what I feel about every Taco Bell not just this specific location! It was clean in there as opposed to the one in south Buffalo with the kfc that smells like urine from the last time I was there! The only issue was that there was no cheese on her tacos and there was additions of peppers possibly and felt like it was just given and not the best work and said the meat was dry this time and they forgot the hot sauce! She usually eats here in general and likes it so imma give it 4 stars and not base it off this one off experience again since this is her go to for fast food!
