  Fresh made eggs were nice, bacon and sausage weren’t the usual cheap hotel product. Evelyn was super sweet and attentive, she made my breakfast perfect. The staff at this hotel is amazing, everyone is focused on customer service with great attitudes! Mike was great too! If you know, you know! Thank you

  We had a great first experience at Steelbound! My first impression was how clean the place was when we walked in. We ordered the Brussels sprouts and they were delicious and the portion was huge! Our sandwiches were delicious and the truffle fries and cheese curds we ordered as sides did not disappoint. Our server Evelyn was so sweet and attentive. We will definitely be back!

  Service was excellent. Only reason we had an ok experience. Food was beneath mediocre at best. Pasta sauce tasted jarred and bland. Steak was chewy and lifeless. Don’t waste your time there are several wonderful restaurants in the area. No wonder the place was empty.

  Ordered: Orange teriyaki wings, fettuccine alfredo, bourbon smash Steelbound is always a great experience, and the server I had tonight, Myah, was attentive, friendly, and well-informed. Did you know Steelbound sources much of their beer and liquor locally? Well, thanks to Myah, now you do! Whether you’re here to watch a game, have dinner with friends, or just looking for a good meal in town, I’d highly recommend it.

  Disappointing experience—undercooked food and poor quality We stayed at the Mosey Hotel and decided to have lunch here before heading to the Bills game, which was also my birthday. The atmosphere was pleasant, the bartender was friendly, and the restaurant was relatively quiet with only a few other tables occupied. Unfortunately, the food was extremely disappointing. I ordered a New York strip cooked medium, but it arrived visibly undercooked in the center and had been sliced open several times. The server promptly took it back to cook it longer. When it returned, it was extremely tough, difficult to cut, and even harder to chew. The worst steak I have ever had. It also did not appear to be a New York strip. When I asked about it, the server couldn’t clearly identify the cut. I then ordered grilled salmon well done. Although it looked good at first and the first bite was tasty, the inside was completely raw and uncooked, aside from the outer edges. My fiancé’s flatbread pizza was also severely overcooked and burnt on the bottom, although he decided to eat it. To the server’s credit, he was pleasant and understanding, and he removed both of my entrées from the bill. He mentioned that the chef was new, but unfortunately, the quality of the food was unacceptable—especially being served raw salmon after sending back an undercooked steak. We appreciate the server’s response, but we will not be returning.
