- M7Mount Up 716Jun 23, 20261.0The food is horrible all of their bread taste like it's from 2 days ago it's hard it literally cut the roof of my husband's mouth when he tried to take his first bite all of the pastries are awful the asiago crispers were cold disgusting and they were so small for the price that was ridiculous the only thing that was good about Panera was for four bucks you can get a drink and free refills if you're staying in the hospital and it's all self-service and then they ask for a tip... I hope other locations are better this one is in children's hospital in Buffalo I will never go back to this location ever again

The food was typical Panera food- nothing spectacular, but the service was bar none. Every single person that waited on me throughout our very long day in the ER was so kind, helpful, and made a stressful day less stressful.

From the young inexperienced, unprofessional cashier to the EXTREMELY unprofessional "teamlead " Alena who continously addressed me as "hun" and I'm old enough to be her mother! UNPROFESSIONAL. Very rude and dropped my bagel on the floor because she was upset! When I asked to speak to the manager she made up a lie as to why the manager wasnt available. These KIDS need to be trained properly before being a "team lead" or a manager because they lack the customer service skills to meet the needs of customers. Once the young cashier huffed and puffed and walked away from the register after rushing me to place a order a very nice worker by the name of Noora came to the register and showed the true definition of a "good customer service representative " I applaud her for stepping up and make the wrongs of other RIGHT. She deserves a raise and special recognition.
