  Really bad experience at this McDonald’s. I placed an order through the website/app and the payment went through with no problem, but when my father-in-law went to pick it up, he ended up waiting more than 15 minutes because the staff kept saying they never received the order. After checking again, it turned out they actually did have the order, but nobody had sent the ticket to the kitchen. Meanwhile, no one gave a proper explanation or tried to solve the issue, and the whole place felt disorganized. It’s pretty frustrating to waste customers’ time because of internal mistakes and then get poor customer service on top of that. Definitely needs better organization and attention to customers. —————————————————— Muy mala experiencia en este McDonald’s. Hice un pedido mediante la web/app y el importe sí fue cobrado correctamente, pero cuando mi suegro fue a retirarlo estuvo más de 15 minutos esperando porque el personal decía que el pedido no había llegado al sistema. Después de insistir varias veces y verificarlo, resultó que sí tenían el pedido, pero simplemente no habían dado la orden para que saliera el ticket en cocina. Mientras tanto, nadie daba una solución ni una explicación clara, y la atención fue bastante mala y desorganizada. Es increíble que hagan perder el tiempo al cliente por errores internos y encima con poca predisposición para ayudar. Deberían mejorar mucho la coordinación y la atención al público.

  Isaiah at McDonald’s is an absolute legend 💯🔥 The kind of person that makes you stop and think, yeah… this place is lucky to have him. From the second I walked in, his energy was on point, respectful, fast, and genuinely caring about doing things right. You can tell he takes pride in what he does, and that’s rare these days 👏 Order was handled quick, everything was right, and the whole experience just felt smooth because of him. Dude’s got leadership written all over him, not just doing a job but actually elevating the whole place 💪 If you’ve got Isaiah working, you’ve got someone who sets the standard. Straight up one of the best interactions I’ve had at a McDonald’s 🙌🔥
