In December 2015, lloyd decided to open his first brick & mortar location after being in the food truck game since 2010. After becoming Buffalo's first food truck, lloyd quickly grew to a fleet of 4 trucks in 5 years.
After appearing on CNBC's Restaurant Startup in February 2015, lloyd announced he'd open his first Taco Factory, combining the food truck atmosphere with a full service craft cocktail bar on Hertel Avenue. Expanding on a street style taco & burrito menu featuring organic black beans & antibiotic/hormone free meats, owners Pete & Chris added Quesadillas, side salads & specialty offerings to the menu.
With a strong focus on food quality, lloyd continually expands the realm of what can be placed inside of a corn tortilla.
