  We had such a great experience at Dave & Buster’s! The food was absolutely fabulous, and the service was excellent, especially considering we had a pretty large party. Our server handled everything wonderfully and made sure everyone was taken care of. One of the best parts was that nobody was stuck sitting around waiting for food. The kids AND the adults were able to enjoy the huge variety of games, which kept everyone entertained and having fun the entire time. There was truly something for everyone! The atmosphere was fun, energetic, and inviting, the food was delicious, and the service made the whole experience even better. It was the perfect place for a large group with both kids and adults. We will definitely be back!

  Service was horrible it took a hour to get drinks ,waiter never came around to check on us to see if we needed water or anything. It took two hours to order and a hour and a half for the food to come out . Then when it finally came out it was burnt, salty, and cold . To make it even better it was my son's 13th birthday thanks alot Dave & Busters what a waste of a day .

  Came in after work for food while mall was closing, Dave and Busters was empty at that point. Got sat immediately. Drink orders taken promptly and given to us, but the lip of my glass was chipped off like it had been dipped into an ice bin. Waitress never came back. Food brought out by back of house, but we had no setting. Grabbed plates and silverware and napkins off another table. Next time we saw the waitress we were already done and waiting for a box to go. Food came and was mostly fine, wings on triple play advertised with honey habanero sauce, but came with a dry heat sauce akin to Franks hot sauce, but definitely had habanero heat. Unnecessary pickled jalapeno slices all over it. Sliders come with something like thousand island dressing on them. Wth is that. Descriptions of food dont give number of wings or pretzeldogs you get but its a fair amount. Games were decent, only 3 or 4 machines broken.

  I have planned my work even here and Dee was amazing. She booked everything for us and ensured that we had the vip treatment. We had so.much fun that a couple weeks after for my birthday party we booked again at Dave and busters. Again we were treated like we were the most important people. Had such an amazing time, planning to book our Christmas party here as well. Dee ensures to follow up with you every step of the way to ensure perfection. Highly recommend.

  As a repeat customer with children, I look for the employee with the brightest smile to always assist me. While majority of your staff provide an outstanding customer experience ; there has been one who goes above and beyond standards to assure my children are offered the best experience. She has even took it upon herself to assist with calming my son while I tended to my daughter’s needs by providing a short animated show. I think her name was Erica. I always look forward to her greetings when I show up as well as her energetic, happy appearance to start sessions at Dave and busters. Honestly her help is the reason I stay returning. Glad that you have provided such an amazing employee at this facility. First impressions help decide how long I’ll stay and how much I’ll spend.
