- ASAlexander Schafer6 days ago1.0The worst Chipotle. Never open or ready on time, rarely do they have more than half off the food items available. Staff have poor work ethic and no sense of urgency, a very poor representation of the company. This location is also filthy.
- ABAlexis BrockApr 30, 20262.0The girls working were very nice but I waited 15-20 mins in the drive through line just to find out someone took my order and they had to remake it. They had me pull around and park so they could keep the line moving. I headed inside and grabbed my order and drove home. Upon arriving home I found the cilantro lime crema and fork missing and then I began to eat it and my order was wrong. I was given mild salsa instead of hot, pinto beans instead of black beans, and no queso. This is very frustrating because while the girl serving me was polite and made sure I received my food I'm also annoyed I spent almost $20 and couldn't even get what I actually ordered.

We were at a standstill for 15 minutes because they didn’t have enough rice. And the man making it was just chatting casually with coworkers. And then as they were making the honey chicken, a lady on the grill said you better make this last because we’re not making anymore. Not the first bad experience at this location specifically. The only positive was the man who made our bowls was very kind and apologetic of his coworkers.

There was a BOGO promo tonight so the line was wrapped around the restaurant, I stood in line for an hour and most of the time there was only one person making food, while people stood in the back with arms crossed. Couldn’t keep up with food, kept running out, horrible.

This whole location needs to be restaffed.
