  I like chipotle for a quick dinner, this location is not it. No leadership it seems, it’s gross, the staff are not very friendly and they never have good food. Hate to do this to buddy, but eating right over where food is prepped is not sanitary. For the money I expect better.

  As a longtime Chipotle fan, I was genuinely disappointed by this location. I’m from New York City, where even the busiest Manhattan locations manage to stay cleaner and provide better service. The guacamole looked old and had turned brown, which immediately raised concerns about freshness. The staff also came across as rude, with employees yelling across the front line instead of communicating professionally with customers. The overall atmosphere felt chaotic and unwelcoming. I know every location can have an off day, but this experience fell well below the standard I’ve come to expect from Chipotle. I hope corporate or the franchise owner looks into this location and addresses the cleanliness, food quality, and customer service issues as soon as possible.

  I’ve probably been to nearly every Chipotle in Western New York, and this is by far the most consistently disappointing location I’ve visited. I rarely leave negative reviews but the experience here is consistently poor. The staff often seem more focused on talking, singing and socializing than serving customers. I’ve regularly heard profanity behind the counter and the overall atmosphere feels chaotic and unprofessional. The location is frequently out of ingredients, the lines move very slowly and the dining area is always dirty. Everyone can have an off day but this has been a recurring experience over multiple visits. Management needs to address the customer service, professionalism and operational issues at this location.

  Let me say straight up, I love me some Chipotle. This location gets busy and due to such does get a little dirty and yes, runs out of product at times. Example, I along with a half dozen others had to wait for chicken and honey chicken because they ran out and where making more. That's a downfall but the upside is 15-20 minutes later I got me some amazing fresh honey chicken which is really that good. The staff also are not skimpy with the food at all and yes I'm a big boy and left totally full! Here is a tip, they have a bathroom but get the code for the door when checking out and moreover, get the Chipotle app so you can get points and free food. You already know, I'll be back!

  I visited the Chipotle on Delaware Avenue at approximately 1:57 PM. Although the employee taking my order was polite when she informed me there would be a 10-minute wait for my protein due to availability, the subsequent experience was truly disappointing. I waited patiently until around 2:20 PM, when I inquired about my order again. A different staff member responded with a nasty attitude, stating the drive-through was her priority despite my long wait. This came AFTER she inquired about my order and stated she would cut the chicken herself!! Instead she turned around to make rice. When I inquired AGAIN about my order she was very rude. Furthermore, I noticed approximately three non-busy staff members literally standing around laughing and not doing anything work related at all, I asked can one of them cut the chicken so my order can be completed, and was told only one person could cut the chicken, leading to additional delays. This entire ordeal led to me spending an extra half hour on my lunch break and ultimately leaving without any product. The customer service was truly unacceptable.
