- MRMichael Rivera5 days ago1.0I’ve been here quite a few times and the food is always good and the portions are usually generous, but it can be find of messy on the line where they make the food. As of late though, I’ve come in at least once a week for nearly a month now only to be repeatedly told they can’t warm the tortillas up. For a restaurant known for burritos this is unacceptable and leaves most people, including myself, getting bowls. It would be like if a burger place only had stale buns for their burgers, sure I could still technically get a burger but it’s not going to be as good and I’m still going to be charged full price. I can understand if the machine breaks for a day or two, and I can just get a bowl, as I did the first few times. It has now become absurd that this issue hasn’t been dealt with. I have finally walked out and won’t be eating here again until this issue is dealt with.

It could be an item missing or they mess up the order, forget riding chips and queso because it never ever ends up in the bag. The customer service is terrible as they do not care at all about orders and customers. Very sad we live within a mile and now go to Lloyd’s or the chipotle 15mins away.

That said, it rocks and I love it, but if you go here expect to see some of the more insane things ever done at a chipotle restaurant. Also don’t go in a rush, they average 1 bowl output every 15 minutes and are usually sold out of almost everything. I hope it never changes here

From anemic protein portions to a broken burrito press and broken soda fountain nozzle… this location and company needs to focus less on their bottom line and more about the customers that actually keep them in business.
