He said that they ran out of chicken and more had to be made and that over 15 other people were also waiting for mobile orders because they were so behind. Absolutely ridiculous to have to wait that long for food when it should be an easy process for pickup. Plus they are open for several more hours so why is food not ready consistently to be prepared? Quesadilla was also burnt, not cut like usual, and barely gave any chips for my guac. Will not be ordering this location again.
