They are usually out of ingredients today is was guacamole beans. Very little lettuce left like I had maybe 5 seeds in my bowl. Wanted double steak but they had such little couldn't get it. If this was a one off bad exper5at this location I wouldn't even care but it's Everytime I go in there. Shouldn't take close to a half hour to wait in line and have them make a bowl and pay. Go to the one in front of Walmart on southwestern instead of you can this location is a shit show

The tables and floors had food all over, it was freezing inside, they were skimpy on the portions - scraping from the bottom of the pans, the food counters behind the line were filthy and the workers gloves were so dirty that the outside of my container was a gross mess, the garbage was overflowing......I could go on! What made it even worse were the 3 workers behind the counter, not doing anything! Ooohhh, there was plenty to do!!!! I will never step into a Chipotle again! HORRIBLE!

We both ordered double chicken, there is hardly a serving of chicken in our bowls. Then for mine, there’s a big scoop of guacamole WHEN I DIDN’T EVEN ORDER GUACAMOLE and I’m ALLERGIC to avocados! And to top it all off, the food temperature was lukewarm, at best. Do better Chipotle!!!
