I ordered delivery and did not receive my whole order, I was missing a sandwich. The bag was sealed so the sandwich must not have made it into the bag. No big deal, my delivery driver said they'd go back to get the sandwich. I called the restaurant to give them a heads up and they refused to give me the missing sandwich that I paid for. The manager was incredibly rude to me and demeaning to me for asking. It's just a sandwich, it will cost your company $5 to make. I used to order bagels for my company once a week here, but now I won't be returning. I can't believe how rude he was to me over one sandwich.
