- RPR PolancoJul 2, 20262.0Review for the owners- On a 100° day (literally, no joke) there was no AC in the dining area. I sat down to mobile order, got up and left. I feel so bad for your staff. How greedy and probably unamerican your franchise owner must be to simply not give a damn to have the AC on - if not for the customers, at least for the staff. If you're having HVAC problems on a record breaking 101° day, you close. You don't force humans to work for you in sweltering conditions, while you have your feet up, toes out at home. Filthy, disgusting franchise owners!

I put it aside, later she did the same when she encountered a bad wingon her batch. We won't be ordering from here anymore. This might be a health risk.
- GGGiddyAug 10, 20251.0Been seeing these insta reels with people eating wingstop and it looked so good. It is NOT worth the hype. I tried four flavors boneless chicken and some fries. The Korean flavor was too sweet, Garlic parm was meh, Mexican street spice didn’t have much taste and hot lemon was straight up gross. It was also too fatty and too fried. There was either too much crunch or more sogginess than chicken. They put sugar in their fries! APPALLING. The fries are ok but the seasoning is just a desecration. Sugar does not belong on fries. Ended up throwing out more than half of it. I did not want to punish a homeless hungry person with this food. Humans deserve better. I love trying new foods and places and this was a straight up disappointment. Was afraid I got food poisoning cuz I felt sick after. Took a tum and I’m better now. Putting the word out to save other people’s digestive tracts. 💙
- APAriel ProchowskiJan 30, 20221.0Very rude staff. Waited over 2.5 hours for my delivery and it turned out that this Wingstop location completely messed up my order. When I called the restaurant, I was told that "there is nothing that can be done." I asked to speak to a manager and was told that the manager doesn't speak any English. I tried ordering the wings again the next day, and my order was cancelled by the restaurant.

Customers of Wingstop may have the perfect idea for a new concept, and we may be missing out on an exciting opportunity, but ownership and protection must be considered. Wingstop maintains a policy that does not permit it or its employees to accept any unsolicited ideas from outside sources (fans and other third parties).
Wingstop strives to innovate and create through internal business departments and their employees. With this in mind, if we create a new concept through our internal experts, and a talented customer/fan submits a substantially similar idea, determining who the originator of the wing-tastic idea is would be a challenge. To better protect ourselves as well as all of our fans out there, we must adhere to this strict policy which does not permit the review, consideration, or acceptance of such ideas from outside parties to avoid any confusion of ownership. Therefore, we encourage you not to send us unsolicited ideas.

Wingstop shall have no obligations concerning the submissions, including no obligation to review the submissions, return any materials, or acknowledge receipt of the submissions.
