    They don’t allow bikes, they scream at me to get the bike outside like my bike is a threat to them. There is no sign or poster saying “no bikes allowed inside”. Subway, hire better people.

    The sign on the window said they were open until 9 pm. The light that said "OPEN" was illuminated when I walked in at 8:30 pm. Yet, the employee said they were closed. This inconsistency is frustrating for patrons. I don't even mind if they do decide to close early, but at least turn off the "OPEN" light and lock the door.
