    I visited the store yesterday and I just wanted to thank the guy from the seafood department for noticing that I was struggling to carry around my grocery. I have a bad habit of carrying a lot of stuff while I rush and he went out his way to give me a basket. I wish I could have asked for his name. But thank you so much for your kind gesture.

    Stop and shop needs to either look into their employees or really fix the steamer for the seafood. There is no reason why every time I go there the steamer is not working. One employee said the steam is working the next a guy associate says it’s not working. After not answering the phone in the sea food department to begin with. If you don’t want to work just say that. Let someone else work and deal with customers. This has been happening for awhile.

    Waiting for 30-45 minutes for the order. There is no parking, no pick-up area. The Guard upfront said I can't grab a cart so I cant take what I purchased back to the car without having to come back for the things 3 times! MIND YOU ITS A GOOD WALK BACK TO THE CAR! Ridiculous staff and rules!
