  The cashier was pretty snotty and too busy on her phone instead of taking order. Whatever they use in those slushies suck. It taste like chemicals.

  The food at Sonic is always good. I guess you can't get it wrong...it is fast food. But the experience was horrible. The location is down the block from a hospital with a psychiatric emergency so there was a woman in her hospital gown asking for food. She was not the issue. It was the manager on site who rubbed me wrong. He yelled at the woman in a way that I felt was unjustified and frankly inhumane. I would of walked out without saying much but after spending $27 on 4 items with no drinks, I asked about the special everyone else was purchasing and he pointed to the window. My annoyance was how he handle me...a paying customer asking about a deal that was poorly advertised. I probably will return not return to this location just based on the mere fact the atmosphere and experience sucked. But my smashburger and jalapeño poppers did hit as expected.
