  Food was delicious. Took about 30 minutes to receive my food. Milkshake - 5/5. Handmade with real milk and cream Double stack smash burger - 5/5. Delicious and very flavorful. Made to order Smash fries - 5/5. Love these!!! I should’ve got the large size. The flavor is very good and they aren’t too greasy Big Shrimp roll - 4/5. I am unsure if I’d get it again. It was good but nothing special. The sauce was delicious. Chicken tenders - 5/5. Fried to perfection and tasty Fountain drink - 4/5. Lost some of the fizz but nothing was bad. It’s self serve and refillable. Overall, solid 4/5 rating due to the wait times. Customer service was good. Small dining area. It’s just the time for the food takes a while but I would come back.

  I don’t like to complain, but this is one of the worst restaurant / fast food experiences I’ve ever had. It took about 50 minutes for us to get our food and if I hadn’t of kept asking we never would have received half of our order: a salad and two sides. There are two men who work there with uncovered beards which concerned me about facial hair getting in our food. Half the staffed seemed to be off the clock but were still going in the back, getting food, and talking to and distracting the other staff. It was chaotic, everyone (customers and staff) seemed confused and there was no order. When they did finally make the salad and the sides the employees acted as if they were being put out and were doing me a favor. There didn’t seem to be any concept of what it means to have a job and they appeared to be content with us never receiving the remainder of our order. One employee, Monica, was wonderful and was doing what she could to help. I’m only writing this to let the franchise, the franchise owner, and the manager know what our experience was like yesterday, 5/1 around 4PM. The food we received was good, but we won’t be returning.

  I went to the gateway location last night. 1st time attempting to try to experience the food which turned out to be an epic fail. The spanish young lady refused to take my order, pushing for me to order it on line. After telling her my phone is in the car she stated well we are quite busy, "maybe she can take it" pertaining to the cook. That was quite unprofessional, discourteous, disrespectful and an unpleasant experience. I dont know if she was unable to read or navigate a register which it was 2 of them. I will not ever recommend this location due to her unpleasant attitude. Maybe 1 day I will attempt to try another location. Because of this experience I went down to the end of the parking lot to Buffalo wild wing where I had an amazing mushroom smash burger. Highly recommend it.

  As a new customer, there was a $5 off a $15 purchase not going to lie, but one of the reason I figured to give it a shot. Ordering in the app, food came to $36.xx and then I applied the coupon and new total was $35.xx so not understanding the math. Fine I figured I'll skip the coupon and order anyways, the app said the food is going to be ready in 10 minutes, but as soon I hit order get a text message saying it is going to be 40 minutes. Okay figured it would be ready between 10-40 minutes, fine I'll deal with it. Then comes to picking up the food, while they are packing my order after 30 minutes, they notice the smashtots wasn't in the bag and said need an order of the smash tots which had to be made from scratch so another 7 minute wait while the rest of my food that is done is sitting and getting cold and soggy waiting for the fresh hot smashtots. This is probably going to be the first and last time coming here, the only good thing i can say is that the packers felt bad and offered me an extra milk for the kids meal and a drink, while appreciated, rather not wait the extra time and gotten the food sooner.

  Ordered at 7:10 pm and got my food at 7:38 pm. For just a chicken sandwich and fries. My brother ordered at 7:11 pm and got his food at 7:44 pm. A double cheeseburger with bacon and fries. At 7:46 pm an employee came over and told us we had to leave the table we were eating at because that “area” of the dining room was being closed. When we told the employee that we just got our food after 30 mins she said we should have moved when the table on the other side was empty. We asked for an additional 10 minutes to finish eating and she told us no. We had to leave the store with our food in our hands as there were no seats left in the restaurant due to patrons sitting around waiting over 30 minutes for food. We were never issued an apology for the wait and we were untimely asked to move while eating. This place has gone downhill from when they’ve first opened and to blame it on being “short staffed” is blasphemy. We should not have been essentially kicked out of the restaurant before even finishing our food and the employees are straight up rude. AVOID THIS LOCATION!!
