Staff was nice and treated my gluten allergy properly, listened to me when I requested fresh gloves and a fresh pizza cutter however I paid $28 for what I was told was a personal pie…..it was just 2 Sicilian slices. Actual robbery! Not even 4 slices like the manhattan location. My gluten free people, don’t come here unless you want to waste money on 2 slices. Extremely disappointing, especially when you’re pregnant and wanting an actual personal pizza.

Be careful when ordering delivery. I ordered from here 5 times and 3 of those orders were wrong. I don’t eat pork and for some reason my wrong orders will have sausage or pepperoni when I only order plain cheese. Very disappointing when you are looking forward to enjoying your meal. Had to give it away each time. On the plus side, my neighbors seem to enjoy the pizza.

This is my second day in a row at prince street pizza, Easily one of the best slices I have in NY so far.
From the dough down to the tomato sauce, You can taste the freshness and difference in ingredients compared to other pizza.
Customer service is absolutely fantastic the staff are very happy and helpful; Tony and Willie at the front counter provided a very friendly and welcoming service.
This is my favorite spot up on smith street and I advise anyone to try.

I used to go to the original Prince Street Pizza location in Soho over 10 years ago and it was always one of my go-to spots whenever I had friends or family visiting from out of town. I always loved their Sicilian style slices, and would stop in whenever in city and near the location. So when I found out they were opening in Brooklyn, I got really excited.
Now that it’s here, it’s the best of both worlds. The pizza is outstanding, just like I remembered, and is great addition to the best pizza neighborhood in the city. Lorenzo, Spencer, Frankie, and the whole crew make you feel like family the second you walk in. There’s a real warmth and connection that makes the place special beyond just the food.
Very lucky to have them in the neighborhood.

Overpriced pizza that they haven't learned how to heat up yet.
I went the first week and got 4 slices (around $40 after tax).
all 4 were cold and I got my mozzarella sticks first somehow even though the slices were already made.
3 people behind me got their slices first while I sat there with my mozz sticks that im assuming they made too many of and just jetted out to me.
Ive worked in restaurants my whole life, pizza shops included, ive slapped pies with the best of em in corperate chains and mom and pop shops alike when I was younger and I never gave someone a cold pizza.
when you're heating up an already cooked slice in probably a $25k oven its even more mind boggling.
If someone brought me over a a cold dead slice to my apartment I could throw it in my $400 PC Richards floor model special and hand it to em piping hot every time.
anyways after all that I thought to myself "maybe they're just learning how to heat slices there (all 12 grown ups working). ill give em some slack and try again...
So I went back a few nights later with my brother to show him how much better my neighborhood is than his cause we got a prince street pizza and got yet another, you guessed it...cold slice.
ill probably delete this but the experience has been haunting me.
