- JCJustin CJul 18, 20261.0I order Papa Johns a lot. This location decided for whatever reason that because I’ve ordered from THIS LOCATION before that I couldn’t use my loyalty whatsoever. They marked the order as made and then refused to hand it over, telling me to call corporate or basically hit the road. Meanwhile I could see the order ready literally right behind him. After calling corporate, they told me this location was very obviously in the wrong and they would let the store know. When I picked up the order the manager was still just as rude as before, but did indeed hand us our food. This place must be used to running scams because as while I was there there was another person trying to pick up an order that was marked as ready but cinnamon sticks but they ‘dont carry them’ and told that guy to call customer support as well. Avoid at all costs.
