  I ordered at 9:33 pm, called multiple times after 10pm for the status update and was told “I will call the driver and call you back”. 11:52 the driver calls attempting to deliver the order. At 11:57 I arrive at the location to speak to the manager, who still has me on hold btw, to sort out a refund and some kind of apology and/or accommodation. He proceeded to void the order, giving me a ticket with just digits on label paper. When asked for further explanation, he was rude and disgusting with his attitude. I will not be ordering here again and I will create a fuss if my refund is not received in a timely manner.

  They answer the phone and then put you on hold for 20 minutes. Pizza was burnt. Don’t waste your time

  Avoid this location. My order never arrived despite getting a delivery notification. The staff member at the Penn store was rude and unhelpful when I called. He had such a nasty attitude. They resent the food, but it took so long for a short distance that I had to call back to cancel it completely. Terrible customer service, never ordering from here again.

  Called 2 order, online, hard 2 do. Language barrier, mostly, but the first person who I tried 2 have take my order, didn't want 2 hear what I wanted. He tried 2 sell me three pizzas when I only wanted one. I kept trying 2 get a word in, edgewise, but he wanted 2 practice his spiel. I know that that is what they told him 2 do but it only made 4 a horrible experience, n a waste of time. I wound up hanging up on him. The second person did the same thing. This time, the lady heard my frustration n, finally, listened n I made my order. I m glad that they have "speicials" but, sometimes, a person just wants one pizza, n not what they want 2 sell.

  People often say there lacks good customer service in most fast food establishments i beg to differ shout out to this location for showing its possible. Thank you Anthony for restoring a bit more faith in being kind in customer service 🙏🏾
