  *DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. Disrespectful management.* I placed an order on the app at 6:30 PM. By 11:30 PM, no pizza. I called. Night manager says the day manager canceled it because there’s a “closer location” and NEVER NOTIFIED ME. 5 hours. No call, no text. I tried to talk to the night manager. He kept interrupting and refused to listen. I asked how to resolve it since my app still showed “delivering.” His answer? “You gotta speak to the morning manager.” I said YOU are the manager on duty — you handle it. He deflected again. Bad attitude. Then he said “Miss have a good night” and HUNG UP ON ME. So let me get this straight: You cancel my order, don’t tell me, won’t fix it, interrupt me, and hang up? We keep spending money where we’re disrespected. Not me. Not anymore. There are franchises with managers who actually respect customers. This isn’t one. This is MY dollar and MY review. Spend yours how you want, but know you don’t have to accept this. 1 star for the hang-up.

  This is the first time I've been disappointed from this location. 10 piece chicken, but only received 9 AND my pizza? Whew. Barely any cheese and my 2 toppings, what was there .. was spread unevenly. Idk what happened

  This store consistently delivers very late. The app has awful time estimates. They’ll quote 45 minutes but delivers over an hour later. If you call the store location, they never respond. There is a Papa John’s location more closer to me but the app has me zoned in this location further away with no way of changing it. They are a complete disaster. Ordering from a local pizzeria is far better than putting with this overpriced terrible pizza.
