I waited a long time, and after all that, the driver called me saying the manager does not allow deliveries to the door and that I have to come downstairs to pick it up. What exactly am I paying a delivery fee for? If you have restrictions, you should clearly inform customers in advance — not after they’ve already been waiting. Making a sick customer come downstairs after such a long wait is extremely unprofessional and shows no respect for your clients. Very disappointed with the service. I won’t be ordering again.
