Panera pizza is here! Unbox the new flatbread pizzas in three varieties: margherita, chipotle chicken & bacon, and cheese. Pick it up, have it delivered, or grab it through the drive through for lunch or dinner.
Worst. Don’t even bother to waste your time or money 💰 here! Unclean place, out of stock items and they won’t tell you until you waited 20+ mins. Manager didn’t even want to come speak to me in person they were hiding behind the kitchen. Cashier nasty attitude. What else can go wrong?

What an absolute joke of a restaurant. I ordered the famous “Pick 2” combo and spent nearly $15 just to wait 40 minutes for HALF a sandwich and a salad. Forty minutes. For food that requires little more than assembling ingredients together. By the time my order was finally called, I had completely lost my appetite from frustration.
The entire place felt chaotic and disorganized. The dining area was messy, tables hadn’t been wiped down, and trash bins were overflowing. Meanwhile, several employees seemed more interested in chatting and checking their phones than actually helping the growing line of irritated customers waiting for their food. If people are standing around wondering where their orders are, maybe it’s time to put the phones away and focus on doing the job.
I checked the status of my order multiple times because I genuinely thought they had forgotten about it. Every time I asked for an update, I got vague responses or felt like I was inconveniencing the staff by simply asking when my food would be ready. Customer service should not make people feel guilty for wanting the meal they already paid for.
And after all that waiting? The food wasn’t even impressive. My salad was cold and thrown together carelessly, ingredients were missing, and the sandwich looked rushed. It honestly felt like nobody cared whether the customer had a good experience or not.
I understand restaurants get busy. I understand mistakes happen. But if you see a line of customers stretching out the door, the response shouldn’t be to move at a snail’s pace while people are waiting 40 minutes for something that should take a fraction of that time. Efficiency, communication, and basic customer service shouldn’t be optional.
Panera charges premium prices while delivering fast-food service at its absolute worst. Spending $15 to stand around for 40 minutes wondering if your order even exists is ridiculous. There are plenty of places that can make a sandwich and salad faster, cheaper, and with far more respect for their customers’ time. I usually don’t write bad reviews but these folks need to value someone times and take actions and move faster cus this is stupid. Need to retrain ur employees how to make a sandwich
This was one of the most disappointing dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. Save your money, save your patience, and go somewhere else. I definitely won’t be returning.

You did a poor job. This was my first time ordering from you, and I was treated disrespectfully. You lost my order I didn't say anything or get upset at first, as I understood the situation (a heavy workload and many orders). However, it is unacceptable for you to hand me an empty order—with absolutely no filling inside—and just toss it at me like that., and when you finally prepared it, you handed it to me as if I were a dog. The young woman who prepared it acted as though she were serving an enemy; I will not forgive you for that. The bread I ordered was hollow inside—I paid nearly $21 just to throw it away. This was an insult to me. I hope God forgives you.
