  Terrible terrible terrible. Went in to get a Greek parfait on their menu and was told they don’t have it. Asked for the same thing next week and same response but with rude attitude from staff. Go find yourself breakfast somewhere else.

  I walked in there at 1:32pm on a Friday afternoon, atmosphere was busy, lines were long, but i still proceeded onto the kiosk to place my order, I waited all of my lunch break for my meal and when i was about to leave, I asked Kevin, Shift Supervisor, if he can hand me a cup for my drink and he did so. Many times the team were more engrossed in their own conversations with eachother than focusing on the rush to prepare meals for customers. As i left with my order, not even two blocks away from the establishment when my food spills out onto the concrete floor, due to the bag being soiled but the soup wasnt covered correctly. I was highly upset and instantly enraged. I had to ask a street cleaner for a clear bag because I had no way of carrying the food, it spilled in my pocketbook and on my clothes. I was only able to salvage a few items that were wrapped tight enough, soup, bread and napkins were all soiled. It was a very embarrassing experience and I wont be returning there again. I spent $20.35 for a full meal and only ate 2 items out of 5. 😤

  They are overpriced for their food, since when a sandwich and a soup cost $30

  The staff working there at 2pm on 5/4 were completely unapologetic about leaving out half the order

  Great food and a cozy atmosphere make it a nice spot to grab a quick lunch. However, the service can be a bit slow during peak hours, which can be frustrating when you’re in a hurry. Overall, it’s an enjoyable place, just be prepared for a wait sometimes.
