  The brisket is great, reminds me of home. I hate how they cut it, but the flavor is spot on and I have never been served anything that was not prepared well. They also sell entire briskets which is a great option for large parties and holidays.

  My boyfriend and I absolutely loved this place! Eddie was our server and couldn’t have been better! An absolute sweetheart, got our order exactly right and understands the true definition of customer service! Will be returning! Thank u chefs, thank you Eddie!

  An outstanding dinner of four including three meat plate, a chicken plate and sides of collards, coleslaw, cornbread and keylime pie and ice cream brownie for dessert. The brisket and chicken were fall off the bone tender and pork ribs smokey and savory. Key lime pie was tart and not overly sweet. The service was excellent and helpful friendly and professional. Got two brisket sandwiches to go. Dinner for six filled to bursting with a doggie bag fit for two was $340.00. I left a 30% tip because it was so reasonable. All this in a packed pre-Springsteen concert at the Barkley Center. Definitely coming back.

  Hailey ! You are a charm of this establishment. The legit best person to wait your table, she is funny and will answer all your questions with patience and honesty. The brisket is better with fat 😋

  My boyfriend and I came on weekday. Our server Eddie was AMAZING. We sat by the kitchen, and got to watch the chef carve our fatty brisket. Eddie was very knowledgeable and helpful with the menu. We trusted him in selecting the fatty brisket for our experience. The mac and cheese, wings and, collard greens were a 10/10. Can't wait to revisit for brunch service.
