  They Got My Order Wrong & Wouldn't Switch My CAKE‼️ Ordered a medium well steak it came medium rare. They said they changed it but they didn't. Then at dessert, I changed my mind about the cake and the MANAGER refused to switch it. WON'T BE COMING BACK.

  What happened to this place?! We ordered a corn bread (looked and smelled burnt), fried chicken sandwich (stale bread, the chicken was harder than the table), fries (really old oil), and the pork ribs (tasted so old, chewy and dry). This place used to be worth spending so much money in. Now it is a major reap off and dissapointment

  I had Mogans once and loved it but I recently went and the food is not as good as I remembered it if I woke up the next morning throwing up and super disappointed because I called to ask for a refund I spent 60.99 and I was told he can give another one and I refused and requested for an refund the person on the phone said he can’t I need to leave my name number email etc just to not issue a refund because he said there has been complains before so he has to talk to the Gm I wasn’t gonna even do a bad review until the person on the phone rub me the wrong way with all these questions just not to issue me a refund and tell me that a GM has to call me back turning my experience from bad to worse, so if you have an issue with your food, say something …p.s I can easily upload my review and explain my experience
