  One of the worst locations. Very unprofessional. I arrived to the drive thru at 10:53pm on 5/18/26. Someone said hello. I responded hello. They stated, we closed. I asked what time do you close normally. They responded rudely, " we closed now". I said what are your regular business hours? They responded, we close at 10:54. I asked them for clarity. She repeated it again. "We close at 10:54". Very nasty tone.

  I didn't get a chance to order anything because my bus was approaching. Also, it was pretty busy.

  VERY VERY RUDE STATE IF THEY ARE BUSY THEN THEY SHOULD HAVE COMMON SENSE HOW TO SPEAK TO CUSTOMERS COLD FRIES SERVED TO ME NO NAPKINS WITH FOOD WAIT TIMES VERY LONG

  This McDonald's is one of the worst McDonald's I have ever visited. I placed my order through the kiosk. The kiosk took my code but didn't allow me to complete the order. When I attempted to seek assistance the manager was unwilling to check the kiosk or resolve my issue. He refused to say his name, walking away leaving me and other customers unassisted. There was no one else present at the registers. This place was a complete chaos. The workers in the back were yelling at the manager, while the customers waited. After waiting 20 minutes I walked out in complete frustration. No food and my lunch was over!!!!! No McDonald's should be able to function under these conditions. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS MCDONALD'S AGAIN !!! Your best bet is to go to Chick-fil-A across the street for better food and service.
