  NO NAPKINS. Servers don't put napkins into order bag, then you have to wait even longer to ask for napkins, and they still give you an attitude about it! Managers just fake smile, don't apologize, and don't do anything about anything. The 'Aston' male manager is passive aggressive with an evil vibe lurking beneath surface. No name tag and he was shifty about spelling out his name for me! Where do these people even come from?! Straight from the jungle? A very unpleasant and unnerving interaction. At first he tried to bs me that by law I have to request napkins, which is not so according to other managers, and they don't have a problem giving other people napkins for some reason. Then he himself admitted they should indeed be putting napkins in. Contradicting himself without blinking. He didn't apologize. Creepy smile, zero desire to help or improve anything, or at the very least to be polite. Why are you at this job, Aston??? You don't belong in customer service, my dude. You don't have managerial skills either. Start with wearing a name tag and introducing yourself when you talk to a customer. Then, learn to apologize for issues a customer encounters. As for other things at this location, the wait times are often very long and sometimes certain tables are way too loud. There are a couple of nice regular employees here but they rarely serve me unfortunately.

  You have to do something about this. $5 for medium fries with a homeless man standing next to the drive through window hounding me for cash. Fries were cold too. You have to make this up to me.
