  takes forever with the orders and also forgot to give me a straw. Other people who ordered after you, left before you.

  They claim they put my mcchicken in the bag but nothing was in there, the manager then proceeded to yell at me “ONE OF YOU TOOK IT AND IS LYING” then gave no refund whatsoever. This establishment has angered me deeply and I hope justice is served.

  Every time I’ve ordered from this location items have not been included or just missing from my bag! I’ve reported this to door dash every time but it’s very concerning that items are missing from my order every time! I don’t think I’ll be ordering from here again! I’ve called to ask about those items and was met with a “sorry for the inconvenience” and basically move on approach. I know this isn’t the cost of doing business from McDonalds… if so, I think I will not order from there again.

  Ужасное обслуживание, заказал набор за 5 долларов с demon sause и напитком Dr.Pepper и ждал 15 минут. А мне дали колу, сильно разбавленную с водой, и открытый использованный соус. Никому не рекомендую это место. Лучше сходить в другой ближайший McDonald's на 72 улице, там готовят качественно и быстро.

  Completely understaffed. Management needs to get on this. Took 50 minutes for a mobile order with only 3 buggers.... Of course it's not the employees fault. But this was ridiculous.
