  It was a horrible experience today. I had to wait almost 45 minutes for my food. The worker had an attitude because people were asking about the order. The tv with our orders is too fast. It say ready and it’s still not ready. Also it was DIRTY and packed. Only two workers giving out the food and the person doing the drinks were so slow.

  I had a really great experience at this McDonald’s. After placing my order, I realized I had accidentally ordered from a different location. I tried to cancel it but wasn’t able to. Thankfully, a staff member named Joseph stepped in to help. Even though the order couldn’t be canceled, he went above and beyond to find a solution. He kindly used his own phone to redeem the food I wanted so I could eat at this location, and then I could still go pick up my original order later. He was incredibly kind, compassionate, and clearly passionate about his job. I’ve lived in the area for seven years, and he is by far the best employee I’ve ever encountered at this location. I’ve had some less positive experiences at this location before, including staff who were dismissive or not very polite, which made this experience stand out even more. Joseph truly made a difference.

  Received food fast. Alot of homeless people in the front of the restaurant. Tables and chairs needed to be cleaned.

  Este lugar es una M. Bien mayúscula. El personal con un mal servicio. El baño de hombres dañado… supuestamente y no había ningún letrero que lo indicara. 🤦🏽‍♂️. No visiten esta sucursal.
