  I am almost certain that they always serve cold French fries, although of course I cannot prove it. If the restaurant is extremely busy and crowded, I can understand preparing extra fries in advance. However, instead of cooking 10 kilograms of fries and handing them out to everyone just to avoid making more, it would make much more sense to prepare smaller batches that are enough for three to five orders at a time. This would ensure that customers receive fresh and hot fries. Even though I always specifically request extra salty French fries, they seem to ignore this every single time and serve them with little to no salt at all. Another issue is that getting something as simple as mayonnaise can be very difficult. I often have to wait and hope that someone eventually comes back downstairs so I can politely ask for it. I am not sure whether the person working at the register is also the one preparing the food, but by the time I am able to request even a straw or any missing item, the entire meal has already become ice cold.

  Погане місце. Сьогодні 05/10/2026 мала поганий досвід у цьому закладі швидкого харчування. Я оплатила замовлення через термінал самообслуговування, а замість чеку про оплату виліз чистий папір. Ніяких попереджень про непрацюючий термінал. Моїй десятирічній дитині невідкладно треба було відвідати вбиральню і вона пішла під двері очікуючи коли вийде людина звідти. Це жахливе обслуговування і відношення до відвідувачів. Ігнорування щодо потреби дитини зайти до вбиральні. Працівник демонстративно зачинив і замкнув ключем двері прямо перед моєю донькою,коли дитині терміново треба було до туалету. Вона стояла і плакала від дискомфорту ,бо вимушена була терпіти ,щоб не упісятись. А робітники ще й сміялися між собою. На моє культурне звернення і прохання відімкнути двері до туалетної кімнати , бо треба було емердженсі, працівниця на касі ігнорувала почавши обслуговувати слідуючого покупця, повільно вияснюючи якусь там виникшу проблему з замовленням. Це упереджене ставлення ,або некомпетентність працівників у сфері обслуговування людей. Дуже низький рівень гостинності .Такі люди не мають працювати у сфері обслуговування, або їм варто отримати відповідну освіту ,пройти навчальний курс!

  Not a safe place for kids there was people sleeping at the tables during lunchtime nobody working there bother to tell them to leave just walk by I heard that they are short staffed in front of customers that should be held privately not for every one to hear plus the waiting for the order is crazy slow people shoulding with tickets I rather have mine delivered

  I come to this McDonald's 3-4 a week my kids love nuggets . The ladies are sweet that work there but MCDONALD's what are you doing why is this location without AC everyone is sweating you need to take care of that asap !!!!!!
