  Sammy was very friendly and catering. It was my first time in this store and my first time having a sandwich from Jimmy John's. I asked what he suggested and he said everything is good!. I wanted a salad anyways so I went with the caesar salad wrap. it was delicious. I didn't originally want the combo but he also convinced me to get it so I could have the strawberry lemon cookie(it was delicious). Glad there is a sandwich place so close to work with a friendly staff!

  One of the staff members was very rude, he rushed me to make an order when I was trying to decide. I wasn’t standing in anyone’s way. He is light skin with curly hair. Will not be a returning customer.

  Stopped by Jimmy John's today looking for the pickle sub but it was not available yet since they are newly open. The customer service and hospitality was amazing. The staff was really nice and welcoming. I ended up getting a regular sub instead and it was really good. They even gave me a free side card for next time which was really thoughtful. It is a takeout only location but there are plenty of places nearby to sit and eat. Overall great experience and I cannot wait to come back to try the pickle sub when it is officially available.

  My new go-to for lunch! Warmly welcomed as soon as I walked in and my order was made so quick. The staff was so wonderful and engaging, it was such a nice change of pace in the middle of the work day
