  Ordered recently from the worker fayzan I believe his name was… horrible customer service. Besides him making my order incorrectly he was sharing a racist joke with a co worker who seems to always be on shift with him. Wouldn’t reccomend…

  Yesterday - Friday I spent $20 on two items both were delicious but the scoops were very small. The customer service were nice but I had to ask for a spoon, a bag - there is need for some training. It’s obvious that the franchise has changed ownership. Overall the prices were too high for what I received .

  Faizan is a great worker! He is such a welcoming presence, greeting everyone with a smile every day. He doesn’t shy away from telling me all the tips and tricks of deals present as I am not that tech savvy with the haagen dazs app. He is so hardworking. Patient and kind, his energy is great and I always look forward to seeing him when I come by for some delicious ice cream! I usually getting vanilla and Belgian chocolate ice cream. Thanks Faizan! (Location- park slope on 7th ave, Brooklyn NY)

  Paid about $10 for a milkshake, I politely asked faizan if he could make it thick as I did not want it liquidy. When I received it, it was liquidy but I left anyways as I did not want to be a bother. Few minutes later it was completely melted, tasted like milk so I decided to go back to see if I could just have a refund for something I didn’t like or drink. He refused and said it’s hot out.

  Like always, the ice cream itself never disappoints it is delicious like always. They do help you quickly. There is a small sitting area about 2 to 3 tables. Definitely would recommend.
