  Very nice shop and delicious ice cream. Special thanks to Sam because he was very nice and made us discover the Dazzler Sundae. We will return to buy more soon.

  I have been a Cinnabon customer for over 20 years and I mean it when I say I have never been treated as poorly as I was treated at this location. The long story as related to how I was unable to purchase a Cinnabon is less important than the lack of respect, professionalism & tact demonstrated by three of the employees, one whose name is Isa. Because this was my first experience being treated poorly I wanted to share it. From being shouted at, refusing to problem solve and arguing with me, their presentation and behavior truly makes the brand look bad.

  The cashier seemed new and forgot to add the chocolate syrup to our shakes, otherwise the location looked clean and the service was decent.

  Stopped by for some ice cream with the family and had a fantastic experience thanks to Sam! He was super friendly, welcoming, and patient while helping me out. It’s rare to see customer service this great nowadays—Sam made an already sweet treat even better. I’ll definitely be coming back
