  Jose D. Soleil V. The best of the best. If it wasn’t for them I wouldn’t be here. Our whole group was livid because of how amazing the hospitality was. Please someone give them a raise. This was the best ice cream ever.

  The customer service was great. My server, John, offered samples before I had to ask to help me decide which flavor I wanted and he also was sure to inform me of the best value serving size options that were available. From walking in to checking out my Haagen-Daze experience was great here.

  I came in around 9:00pm and asked for a smoothie. Diane D., who was helping us, told me she could no longer make it because they were closing in 15 minutes, even though the posted closing time for the location is 10pm Her attitude throughout the entire interaction was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. I ordered four ice creams, and instead of handing them to me properly, she practically threw them at me. The way she treated us made it feel like we were asking for something for free rather than paying customers. The customer service was terrible. A large and well-known ice cream chain should not have employees treating customers with such disrespect and hostility. This was a very disappointing experience, and management should seriously address the way customers are being treated at this location.

  Skip this one! Most sullen server ever, really didn't want to be there, terrible service. No strawberries or bananas for any of the Sundays. Never added which size if smoothie and when l requested a regular size he was so rude. Give this place a miss.

  The ice cream was great and outdoor sitting too. But the staff were rude and unprofessional. At around 8:20 PM, on September 21st. I asked a male employee for a breakdown on toppings and he answered with an annoyed expression and with an angry attitude. I suggest the manager takes hiring more seriously, and stops making poor staff decisions by hiring unfriendly and rude staff that keeps bringing their great ice cream to a low grading review!
