Compared to that location, it is a better service and polite, and they haven’t got an attitude, and they get the order right! One of the guys there was always nice to me, and they told me one of their favorite customers, and that makes me happy too, but it’s much better than the one on Ave U and Bedford for sure!! Good service and much better than that one

I’m the type of person who knows what I want to order without hesitation but throughout me putting in my order the cashier kept interrupting me & asking me questions that I was already answering if he would’ve just let me speak. I only got the $6 deal so it’s a very simple order. Then he kept asking medium for the size of the coffee & I asked if that’s it comes with because I didn’t want any extra charges. Instead of just saying yes, he kept asking medium, medium, medium??? He also snatched the money out my hand when I gave it him. Once my food was finished, the other guy just tossed the bag on the counter - very rude. I also had asked if they had turkey sausage in but I was told no, which is pretty strange considering they’re a kosher location. Overall the service was disappointing because of their horrible attitudes but the coffee & wraps came out good.

If you try to explain yourself it’s just a waste of time, several times I had to call customer service because I pay more for add ons and then they just don’t wanna do it.
