- MLmarcin longlastnameJun 19, 20261.0I ordered a dozen donuts for pickup through the app, went to go pick it up in person, and saw it was in a bag on the counter which is totally fine. The receipt was also attached to the top of the bag. I get home, and turns out.... They friggen had the box inside upside down? I didn't flip it myself, I carried it home from the counter the way it was placed on the counter. The receipt placement makes me think they flipped the box, put it in a bag, and then stick the receipt on the bag. I know the reviews for this specific location are truly awful, but I didn't expect them to mess up the donuts that bad that they would be upside down (and of course all the donut tops were smushed into the lid). Not to mention the donuts were rather dry, making me think they don't replace stale donuts after a while. The location inside the customer area was also filthy.

When I saw the coffee I removed my sunglasses to look at the color. It was too light so I asked them if it was indeed made with almond milk and they confirmed. I asked them to remake it because I still knew it wasn’t. While they remade the coffee I watched them from the register and behold it’s significantly now much darker. They laughed and brushed it off. I sat down to taste it before I left. As I got ready to leave I stood up and couldn’t find my sunglasses. I asked them if they found glasses and they said no. I checked myself and around couldn’t find them. I ran next door to the one other store I’ve been to and they don’t find them. Then I went back to Dunkin and they also said they didn’t have them. I then asked if they had cameras and then said they couldn’t access them. I then asked how could we access them and immediately they produced them from under the counter. Their excuse was I only asked the woman and the man put them away and she didn’t know. I had asked both employees before and they had both said no. To note these were expensive branded designer sunglasses worth $400+ dollars. I believe had I not asked for cameras I wouldn’t have my glasses back. Please beware when going to this store.

You should charge for the bag upfront when the order is placed, rather than making it an issue at the time of pickup. Personally, I have no problem paying for the bag; just please do not treat the people with disabilities—who are doing me the favor of going to pick up my order—poorly.
