- LDLexi Dobbs5 days ago1.0I stopped by for a quick treat and a bathroom break. The bagel bites were pretty good. There was no public bathroom. But the main issue was the male worker. He was extremely rude, yelled at my friend and I and was very short and snappy. We weren’t rude, all we did was ask a clarifying questions about our food and if there was a public restroom. I was more than happy to take my food to go and get out of there.

I’ve been to this location several times, and I find myself crossing my fingers every time I order a coffee, hoping it will be better than the last. Unfortunately, I’m usually disappointed. I’ve visited other Dunkin’ locations, and the quality of the coffee is noticeably better. I also feel that the customer service could use some improvement. Customers are rarely greeted, and even when I say “good morning” or “thank you,” the interactions often feel very cold and unwelcoming. A little warmth and friendliness would make a big difference. Overall, I really wish this location would provide better training for both drink preparation and customer service. Considering it’s a Dunkin’, I would expect the coffee to be consistently enjoyable, but unfortunately, that hasn’t been my experience here. Tip: I highly recommend offering more in-person, hands-on training. Employees would benefit from being able to practice making the drinks with someone experienced guiding them, rather than relying primarily on training videos. I think this would make a noticeable difference in both the quality and consistency of the drinks.
