- TPTi Marco PoloJul 23, 20261.0This is the worst Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to. Today, an Indian employee saw me walk in while he was serving only one customer. I waited, and then he asked me, “Sir, did you already order?” I was thinking, “You just watched me walk in, so why would you ask me that?” It made me feel like I wasn’t being acknowledged as a customer. What really bothered me was the lack of hygiene. I saw him sneeze into his hands in the food preparation area, and I never saw him wash or sanitize his hands afterward. He then prepared my iced coffee and chocolate chip cookie. When he finished making my coffee, he shook the cup and the coffee spilled onto his hands. When he handed it to me, I asked him to make me another one because I no longer felt comfortable drinking it. Instead, he simply changed the cup and poured the same coffee into the new one. I was on my work break and didn’t have time to wait anymore, so I had to leave. If I end up getting sick, I’ll contact my lawyer for legal advice. I hope the security cameras are reviewed because they should show exactly what happened. This experience was unacceptable. Customers deserve clean food handling and respectful service.

To add insult to injury on severely occasions they even burnt my Hash browns. I had stopped going there for a long time because the service was terrible. And I decided to give them a chance again because they are right by the subway when I get off to walk to work. I will stop going there for good now.
