As a result, I was served a terrible latte that was impossible to drink. The place is always dirty, and the employees are unprofessional. I won’t be coming back.

We almost always have to return the drinks and ask for them to be remade. What’s frustrating is that when they make the latte a second time, it tastes perfectly fine. Whenever we mention the issue, we’re told it’s the machine, but if it’s really the machine, why does it work properly when the drink is remade? This has happened multiple times, and it’s disappointing to keep having the same problem without a real solution.
