- ADAmin DoniyorovMay 6, 20261.0Went to this dunkin donuts I ordered food and had to wait 30 minutes to get a cup of coffee and 2 donuts. I asked to use the bathroom before getting my food, they had told me no and it was for customers only. I then said I ordered and was waiting for my order, they told me to wait for my food first. Then after waiting for my items for 30 minutes I had asked again to use their bathroom, they told me that it was closed because it's broken which was weird because they told me a whole different reason in the beginning and then after. So then I said whatever and just sat down but as I was sitting I saw a couple of employees use the bathroom which I found very disrespectful, so I hope management changes something and improves their customer service because this is just unacceptable.

- RRRoseMar 22, 20262.0This is the slowest DD I have ever been to in my life. While waiting in line for over 20 minutes, I saw the cashier get almost every order wrong. Then she proceeded to line up every donut in a perfect row after every incorrect order she took, making the wait time extend and more unbearable. I would not recommend this location.
