The person making the wake up wraps undercooked the bacon and the center of the egg was cold. The kitchen also appeared messy. I’ll update if I get sick from taking a few bites of the wraps.
- MDM. D.Jul 18, 20261.0ALARMING LACK OF HYGIENE IN FOOD HANDLING... ⚠️ I came to this location on a Saturday afternoon; it was mildly busy and 2 employees were working. One employee was sniffling constantly, and I watched him repeatedly: wipe his nose with his bare hands; not wash his hands; grab gloves from a box and then touch all over the surface of the gloves before putting them on; then with the dirty gloves handle food in storage bins and cook food that was subsequently served to customers. I used to work in food service for years, and the lack of hygiene and care in handling and serving FOOD to people alarmed me. Everything I saw happened in full view of customers, within the span of 5-10 minutes. After what I witnessed, I wasn't willing to eat any food from this location, because what I saw can easily make people sick- and is also just generally off-putting! I'm going to contact a corporate office (not sure if they will care) to let them know that at least one employee at this site needs retraining in proper food handling practices. Eat here at your own risk. There are other Dunkins nearby, so I won't return to this location.
