- NSNie StudiosApr 19, 20261.0I visited this location today and was served a donut that had a hair on it. When I brought it to the counter and showed the employees the evidence, I was met with total indifference. I had to repeat myself four times before they even acknowledged the issue. I noticed that neither employee was wearing a hair net, and one worker had a long, uncovered beard, which is a clear health code violation. When I asked for a refund, as I no longer trusted the food quality here, I was flatly told "no" without any explanation. Their lack of professionalism and total disregard for basic food safety is alarming. I have already reported this incident to 311. I would strongly advise others to avoid this location until they address their hygiene standards and staff training.

I SPENT 20$ ON A COFFEE AND COULDN'T GET EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED BECAUSE YOU CAN'T MAKE REQUESTS ON YOUR ORDER AT THIS STORE. I FIGURED I WOULD JUST CALL BUT THE #DOESNT WORK. I HEARD MY DASHER SAY PLEASE MAME I DON'T UNDERSTAND CAN YOU TAKE THE PHONE AND SHE REFUSED. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS STORE AGAIN AND I WILL ADVISE EVERYONΕΙ KNOW NOT TO AS WELL!

The cashier started ringing me up, and half way through, walks away(without any apologies) because she didn't have the necessary tools to finish my order. Definitely a no. 2. The manager/supervisor on duty proceeds to finish ringing me up, but rushes me, without listening to what I had to say. 3. That aside, my order is in progress. I received my order. Why is it that i walked away, got back to class, and my order was incomplete? I am, appalled! Bad customer service.
