    She’s the best at not doing here job waited around 20 minute just so she can take my order she was talking to her friends not caring about the customer standing at the register she needs to be faired if you don’t want to work just quit so you can have all the conversation that you want 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

    I placed a mobile order on a Monday at 10am, early in the day. I walked into the store and the associate let me know they did not have blueberry muffins (I used my reward points on the muffin), she kindly offered me a different pastry instead, though I declined because I dislike the rest of the offerings. Both associates had great customer service, it wasn’t until I requested the manager to give me a refund that a problem would occur. She explained to me that she could not refund the points and that I would have to call customer care, I called customer care and was put on hold in the store for 15 min, making me late to work. The manager reluctantly offered me 2 donuts and I said I just wanted my reward back, this is where she got heated and raised her voice at me. I told her that I would Finnish my call to get my reward back and take the offer for 3 donuts, she scuffed and walked away and said she only offered 2. I don’t understand how giving me 3 donuts would be such an issue considering the case of donuts was full, it is roughly the same price and also just basic customer service considering I was on the phone with customer care for 15 min and just wanted my points and reward back. I feel scammed and disrespected. None of this has to do with her associates, they were all very kind, this only has to to with the manager that was working Monday 3/9/26 at 10am.
