- BLBenjamin LouieSep 29, 20261.0This Dunkin' Donuts is a nightmare to deal with. On National Coffee Day they're supposed to give you a free coffee with a purchase. The employees told me to order something on the app. I went to the app. Follow the instructions and make the order. After 10 minutes my order still didn't come in. Then I asked the employees what happened and they said they didn't get the order. Then I sat down, checked the app, and messed around for another 10 minutes. I'm pretty sure the order went through. I went back to the employees and then they tell me, "Oh yeah the order was there." It was in the back, just sitting in the corner. So they made me wait for nothing. And then they tell me the free coffee has to be included in the order. And because that didn't happen I didn't get a free coffee. The app is garbage. The customer service is garbage. I do not recommend.

I popped in for an iced coffee and a classic bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich, and while it got the job done in a pinch, the experience was just average. The coffee was standard and refreshing, but the breakfast sandwich was a bit hastily assembled and lukewarm by the time I received it. The shop itself is compact, functional, and keeps things moving at a decent pace, though it can get quite crowded during the morning rush. The service was efficient enough, though it lacked much of the warmth you find at local independent bakeries. It is a decent option when you are in a rush and need something reliable, but nothing out of the ordinary.

It's always something . The drinks taste diff everyday . I come here everyday and the service has gone done . It use to be good now it's gown downhill . Off to find another DD .

No apologies or even tried to help. They accept mobile orders when they don’t have any of the items in stock. So when you go there and it’s out of stock, it’s up to you to figure out how to cancel your order and get your money back. Money hungry owners that sell day old food and are too cheap to turn on the air conditioning in the store. They’ll be friendly when they take your money but your enemy when you try to take it back. Should’ve realized with the tremendous amount of one star reviews before coming here— Consumers beware!
