  I stopped going to this Dunkin because of the distance, but now I realize why I was going there in the first place. Normally I would just go ahead about my day and not think about it but I felt compelled to write a review. First of all, my latte was PERFECT. The staff at the drive thru window were friendly and accommodating. And since my morning wasn’t pleasant, the last thing I needed was a bad latte and shitty service. So, while this Dunkin always seemed to get it right before, today was especially significant. Thanks for making my morning just a little bit easier.

  I needed a midday "pick me up'. I knew DD was down the street so i drove right over. While there, i grabbed a wrap and a donut for the road. Dunkins never disappoints.

  Worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. Worst customer service and unsanitary conditions behind the counter.

  I rarely even write reviews but I’m not sure if the afternoon staff this day had a bad day or what but I never experienced such terrible service in my life. The store wasn’t any where near busy however I ordered ahead and was met with nothing but unwarranted eye rolls and an incomplete order. I didn’t take it personally at first so I didn’t mind the wait, I even tipped in cash while my order was still being done. I ended up getting smushed donuts in the process and then proceeded to get ignored and met with even more attitudes and eye rolls when I asked for a straw. I work in food service so I try to be considerate, but today was just unacceptable. I’ll make sure I never tip again, let alone spend my money here often. Do better.
