I’ve given this location chance after chance because I’ve been a DD girl forever but I’ve finally given up on this spot.

When I tried to order the promotion, the employee told me that it was just advertising from the company and that this location did not offer it. What was even more surprising was that she actually had to leave the counter and read the advertisement herself before realizing that the location where she worked did, in fact, have the promotion available and had been advertising it for several days. She was completely unaware of the promotions offered at her own workplace. Instead of simply checking the information and helping the customer, the staff started arguing with us. Very unprofessional and unpleasant experience. If a promotion is being advertised, the employees should know about it and be able to properly assist customers.
