I have been a Dunkin girl for 18years and though this is in my neighborhood find myself actively avoiding this location the past 2years. Well, today I made the exception and these two women confirmed why this Dunkin needs to be replaced with an establishment that actually respects and values the community. The item I purchased was made incorrectly, I did not receive a remake, was refused a refund, and then was ignored by both employees who refused to provide a manager, a manager’s name, or their own names for 30 MINUTES. I mean actually walked away from the registration counter and did not approach again until I started to video record the treatment. They went as far as making waiting customers come to the pickup area to place their orders in order to no longer interact with me and provide me a refund or name. I have never witnessed such unprofessional customer service. I wish this was a unique experience for this establishment, but the employees of this Dunkin have provided poor service for years. Today was the most insane I’ve witnessed and the last time I’ll step foot in this store.
