  4rth time i stop by to get a coffe they font have oatmilk not even almond like only regular milk. Not even a donut on display to get today so not sure why this location still open

  I come here every morning. The food is always hot and fresh coffee is obviously Dunkin so Yum and the management team is amazing. Everything is so fast and friendly!

  This is my second time dealing with this kind of issue at this Dunkin’ location. I placed an online order around 6:15–6:25 PM and went in person to pick it up at 6:48 PM, only to be told they were already closed and couldn’t make my order. If you’re not going to fulfill online orders close to closing time, then the app shouldn’t allow them to go through in the first place. It’s frustrating to place and pay for an order, show up on time, and then be turned away. The employee working there told me they were closed and couldn’t help, without offering any real solution, even though he was sitting down on his phone not doing anything from 6:30 PM. This is poor customer service and a waste of time. Definitely needs better coordination between the store hours and the online ordering system. Occurred 04/17/2026 from 6:15 PM to 6:48 PM.

  This is the worst Dunkin Donut location that Ive ever been to. Never in the life of being a customer of Dunkirk Donuts franchise have I ever stood next in line while the only cashier walked away with out saying a word, while he assisted 4 more employees that didn't know what they were doing. I stood there for 15 minutes waiting for his return while 5 customers were complaining about how their orders were incorrect. I don't recommend this location unless you have a surplus amount of time available to wait and wait and wait some more. I feel like I could of drove to Texas, milked a few cows, then head over to Columbia grind some coffee beans, make a cup of coffee and head back to NYC before anyone would of taken my coffee order at this location. I walked out and then bought coffee from the neighborhood deli instead and in under 1 minute walla coffee was served.
