- DDDeniseOct 8, 20261.0The worst. They simply do not care. The hash browns are extremely greasy and either soggy or burnt. The bacon is so grossly undercooked it looks/tastes like ham. They constantly do not have basic items early at 12PM like bagels… how?? Why is my mobile order not made because they don’t have bagels at 12PM? No I don’t want to substitute my bacon egg cheese with a croissant or cinnamon raisin bagel…

Almost every employee seems to have an attitude, as if they hate being there, hate their jobs, and are annoyed by the customers they are supposed to serve. On top of that, orders are constantly prepared incorrectly or not the way the customer requested. When you point out the problem or ask for something to be corrected, instead of trying to help, the response is often simply, “We don’t do that,” accompanied by more attitude. At this point, this cannot be dismissed as a one-time mistake or an unfortunate experience. It is a repeated pattern that reflects poor management, lack of proper training, and employees who clearly do not have the customer-service skills required for their positions. The owner or management needs to take responsibility, properly supervise this location, and hire and train competent employees. Customers should not feel like the only thing that matters is taking their money, while complaints, requests, and basic customer service are treated as an inconvenience. I will be contacting the customer service department at the corporate level regarding what is happening at this location because this has gone far beyond an isolated incident. Customers deserve much better than this.
