- SHSoaed HussainAug 7, 20261.0I ordered a single donut and was waiting with my three young children. While I waited, the staff member continued taking orders from customers behind me. She then prepared an iced coffee and muffin for the customer directly behind me, even though I had ordered first. Shortly after, an Uber Eats order came in and she went to the kitchen to prepare it while I was still waiting for my donut. Several customers who arrived after me were served before me. I finally asked, politely but frustrated, if I could please get my order since customers who came in after me had already received theirs. She responded, "You have to wait 5 minutes or you can get a refund." I told her I didn't want a refund, I just wanted my donut. She then laughed and began talking about me to the customer behind me, which was humiliating and completely unprofessional. I asked for a receipt and she refused to provide one. She was also not wearing a name tag. Waiting with three children while being ignored, laughed at, and talked about is unacceptable. I have already reported this to customer service, but I wanted to formally document it.

- JGJenny GallagherMay 22, 20261.0Disrespectful staff. Went in yesterday and asked what time they were going to start selling the dunkin buckets. They told me today at 10 am. So imagine my surprise when I’m getting calls from friends at 7 am telling me they sold all the buckets. I got there and they all looked at me like I had 7 heads and was asked why I wasn’t there earlier. I asked them why they told me 10 am if they were actually selling the buckets at opening and they told me it was because people were ordering them at 7 am. I’m sorry but rules are rules. If you’re telling people you’re not selling the buckets until 10 am, why are we selling out at 7 just because people are asking for them? Those people should’ve been told to come back at 10 like I was. I don’t usually leave reviews but I find this to be very disrespectful. Won’t be back.
