  I live in New Jersey and travel close to here for work. They are the ONLY Dunkin location that makes matcha correctly. I’ve tried alot lol. Even today someone didn’t make it how its normally made, so I politely asked the manager to fix the clumps and lightness and the manager and an employee Basir MADE SURE my matcha was made correctly. Amazing customer service. Thank you!

  This place has bathroom but they don’t let you use even you spend money here because they don’t wanna clean it, I bought my coffee from here but he’s not interested to allow customers to use bathroom.

  I had a very uncomfortable and concerning experience due to a staff member whose behavior and responses showed clear issues. The staff member, a man who identified HIMSELF AS A MANAGER, handled my order, 4/3/2026, 11:30pm. I ordered one double scoop, but I was charged for two. After paying, I noticed the price was unusually high and pointed it out. However, he insisted that I had ordered two and initially REFUSED to issue a refund. What made the situation worse was that he involved another customer behind me, asking them to confirm what I had supposedly said. I found this extremely inappropriate and unprofessional. Although I eventually received a refund, the problems continued. When selecting flavors, I clearly stated my first choice, but I was given two scoops of the same flavor without any confirmation, even though a double scoop allows two different flavors. Again, he tried to involve another customer to justify his mistake. In the end, there was no apology. The item was handed to me abruptly, and he moved on to the next customer. I strongly felt that basic customer service and order confirmation were completely lacking. This kind of behavior should be addressed and improved immediately.

  I recently moved to this area and discovered that this Dunkin’ is the closest one to my apartment. The shop itself is quite nice and has a comfortable seating area, which I appreciated. However, I was disappointed with the coffee I ordered. It tasted very watery and weak, and I could mostly taste the cream rather than the coffee itself. I hope the staff can adjust the proportion of coffee beans to water to improve the quality.
