Refuse to take the cake but got no help from management, no alternative help nor refund even after i was told i would. Ive been only given the run around emails, calls and texts have been ignored, and when i come to store they tell me that the manager is not there like he’s hiding. Had to take it to corporate and dispute with my bank. Edited 6/1/26 so why im at work the manager or owner not sure calls me in my personal cellphone disrespectfully and unprofessional. He was offended on my review and couldn’t understand what was wrong with the cake. Telling me i needed a to lower my voice speaking to him but he was very aggressive over a cake of $45. Kept asking me wheres the cake and if i ate it? Its in my fridge he could have the expired half of whats left. Please dont waste your money here and go elsewhere. Look at the pics below and tell me whats wrong about this cake with frost burn and stale cookies on top that he doesnt seem to see. Im here waiting yo speak to him in person and all that energy and he’s hiding in the back.

Even today someone didn’t make it how its normally made, so I politely asked the manager to fix the clumps and lightness and the manager and an employee Basir MADE SURE my matcha was made correctly. Amazing customer service. Thank you!
